Monday, May 21 - Warm-up/drills/stretch/strides - 1 x 400 - cool-down
Tuesday, May 22 - County Championship at Long Beach
Wednesday, May 23 - 20-30-minute jog/drills/stretch/strides/balances/walks
Thursday, May 24 - 2 x 600 (14-minutes in-between)
Friday, May 25 - 20-30-minute recovery day/drills/stretch/balances/walks/strides
Saturday, May 26 - Warm-up - 4-6 x Flying 30s (4-minutes after each) - cool-down
Sunday, May 27 - 15-minutes jog/stretch/drills/strides/balances/walks
Monday, May 28 - Off
Tuesday, May 29 - 20-30-minute run/stretch/drills/strides/balances/walks
Wednesday, May 30 - State Qualifier Meet Day 1 or Off
Thursday, May 31 - Warm-up/drills/stretch/strides/1 x 400/Cool-down
Friday, June 1 - State Qualifier Meet Day 2
